I feel like such a doofus. When I pasted that image I thought "wait, I'm asking if the issue is related to version and that option says Upgrade!". But the StackOverflow link I referred to earlier said that didn't work, so it didn't connect for me.

Anyway, I tried it. It works! Issue resolved. Image here confirms this is something that's expected in the software. I just wish something could be done to automate this. I'm manually searching for all .svn folders and then going up one level to do the upgrade.
