Upgrading to TortoiseSVN-1.8.8

Hi,

I hit cancel accidently and did not finish the installation, I restarted my laptop and now I'm trying to install it again and it's telling me:
"Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one."

Question.
How can I try to reinstall and pass that error?

I was running the installer:
TortoiseSVN-1.8.8.25755-x64-svn-1.8.10.msi
to upgrade from TortoiseSVN 1.8.7, Build 25475 - 64 Bit , 2014/05/05 20:52:12
