Issue with SVN Connectivity

Hi,

   we are using SVN client for connecting with SVN server.

Recently we see that, we are not able to connect to the SVN server and we
are getting the below error.

Error : Unable to connect to a repositary at URL
Error : https://hlrwebemea.nsn-net.net/svn-blr-dev/nthlre2e
Error : OPTIONS of 'https://hlrwebemea.nsn-net.net/svn-blr-dev/nthlre2e'
Error : Could not read the status line : Secure connection truncated
Error : ('https://hlrwebemea.nsn-net.net)

  We are able to able to ping SVN server from the SVN client. But still we
are facing this problem.

I surfed internet and didnt find any solution. It will be helpful if you
can provide us the solution for the above problem.
