RE: TSVN context menu and icons not appearing

Just as an update, since this was a new computer I ended up refreshing it back to stock Win 8.1 and then reinstalling. I need TSVN for work, so I couldn't really afford to be without it :p
It worked for about a day or so and survived one round of Windows updates - but then today when I installed a second round of updates it stopped working. At the moment I am 100% up to date with Windows updates and my context menu/icon overlays have vanished again... erg.
I dug through with Autostarts and the context menu entries are all still there. And just as before, WinRAR's entries are working fine...just not Tortoise. Any other ideas?
