TSVN context menu and icons not appearing

I recently got a hiDPI computer (Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro), not sure if that makes a difference, but after installing, Tortoise showed up in my Explorer. Then I rebooted and there were no context menu entries or any icons. There are no permission errors in the registry as referred to in the FAQ. I'm running x64 Win 8.1. I'm not sure where to go from here. Other applications' are working fine, such as WinRAR.

I've tried:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling altogether
- Installing an older version of Tortoise
- Running the installer and selecting "repair"
- Poking around in the registry

Is there anything else I can do?
