Re: Update doesn't update but says it does

It sounds like the working copy is not checked out from the path that you
think it is. An update will always report that it has bumped the BASE
version to the HEAD of the repository, but if there are no changes to the
path that is checked out, no files will actually change.

Right-click on the working copy and view the log. Are the changes that
you're not seeing in the log? Alternatively, right-click on the folder and
select Properties. Under the "Subversion" tab, it will list the URL of the
checkout. Is this the right URL, and the same URL as the other sites?
