capture a xperf trace of the hang (use a larger value for -MaxFile when the hangs takes longer and when you want to capture all data instead of a part):

and analyze it with WPA.

Use

srv*D:\symbols\TSVN*http://www.crash-server.com:8080/public/tsvn/71040F62-F78A-4953-B5B3-5C148349FED7/symsrv;

to get the TSVN symbols.
