High CPU usage with v1.8

Hi!

I just upgraded from v1.7.x to v1.8.7 64 bit on Windows 7 Pro.

I noticed that getting the logs (for the "Show Log" dialog) uses 100% of a CPU core while loading the logs over network.
The repository is on a https server.
I am 99% sure this was not happening with v1.7.

I doublechecked with v1.7.13 on another PC (Windows XP 32 bit, single core CPU) and there is almost no CPU usage while loading the logs.

A similar thing happens with a JavaHL based client (Eclipse/subclipse) on the same PC (the first one).
Is this some common issue wit the 1.8 branch of SVN clients?

Regards,
David Balažic
