Hi Community:

This post is to mention that using TSVN version 1.7.x to 1.8.5, there was an access error when users access to SVN repository through the Load Balancer(LB). Keep in mind that our LB does not work as proxy server.

Let me recreate the error:

Using the before mention versions, and either repro-browsing or checking out the code by accessing through https (via LB) the software hangs up for longer time, no user login was asked until the error appears mentioning the following: "an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

Solution? Upgrade to the newest version of TortoiseSVN (1.8.6).

I want to know what was the error and how you fix? Thanks
