Hi,
There is an information in TortoiseSVN 1.8 release notes ( http://tortoisesvn.net/tsvn_1.8_releasenotes.html#logdialog ):

Which Code Collaborator release does it support? We use v7.3.7304 and don't have this item in the context menu.
