Something is very wrong:
look at the folder names shown in the left tree view: they all have an
'/' at the end. That's not how they are shown if the setup is correct.
And if you check the dialog title of the revision graph you can see two
'/' in the url:
.../svn/SaB_internal//I2CRS232/trunk

That's why you get the error.

Try clearing the log cache. If the slash still shows up in the repo
browser tree view, you have to check your apache config file and the
<Location> block.
