scmbug hasn't been updated in 3 years. The last new issue logged in
their issue tracker was September 2011. Are you sure you want to hook
a seemingly abandoned tool into your process?
Looking at the documentation, it appears that scmbug needs to be
installed on your Subversion *server* - there's no connection with or
dependency upon a particular client. IOW, regardless of whether you're
using TSVN, svn.exe, Subclipse, VisualSVN or SharpSVN (or any other
client).
Lastly, support requests for scmbug should be directed to the corresponding
mailing list, web forum, or other support venue.
