We actually created a series of scripts with Auto HotKey to do it automatically, then created a registry script to put them in as right-click items from Explorer. "Them" being: "Copy Latest SVN URL", "Copy Specific SVN URL" (using WSVN) and "Show Latest SVN URL".

I've got to the stage where I've almost forgotten how to work without these utilities.
