I.e., right-click in the working copy and select "Properties", not
from the TortoiseSVN menu but the normal Windows "Properties" menu
item.

The Subversion tab in the resulting dialog contains the URL ready to copy.

This method is faster than using the repo browser because it doesn't
contact the repository over the network, nor does it need to build up
a directory tree to present to you.
