TortoiseMerge Crash with Ribbon on 192dpi display

Hello all,

I'm running Windows on my MacBook Pro with a Retina Display. I've been using
the stable releases, and found that TortoiseMerge would refuse to start even
via the Windows Programs menu. I downloaded the nightly, and loaded it up in
VS, I found that it was segfaulting within the MFC library, while it was
initialising the CMainFrame's Ribbon (in int
CMainFrame::OnCreate(LPCREATESTRUCT lpCreateStruct)) I've not used MFC
enough to debug what's exactly going on here, but turning ribbons off via
the registry does allow TortoiseMerge to start up.

Let me know if more information is needed to track this down, or if it's
really a problem with MFC.

Thanks!
Joel
