I don't think they publish checksums.

I downloaded TortoiseSVN-1.8.4.24972-x64-svn-1.8.5.msi and computed the hash with md5sum to be:
776ffe0b1084bcf3572da31950f1e9e1

I can start it, it shows the licence, then the install options... seems to be OK (I did not finish the installation)
I have Windows 7 Pro SP1 64 bit.
