Merging deletes Mergeinfo

Hi,
we are experiencing random occurring merge problems in our project. Symtom is that Tortoise Merge removes mergeinfo of prior commits in the past.

We are automatically monitoring all missing commits in and automatically create ticket assigned to the developers. So this merge problems result in QA tickets for merges potentially in the past that in fact have already been done.
Because of this that problem is becoming a big issue.

This only occurs sometimes and we could not reliable reproduce it yet. It occurs with various versions, including the latest one:

TortoiseSVN 1.8.4, Build 24972 - 64 Bit , 2013/11/24 11:15:39
Subversion 1.8.5, -release
apr 1.4.8
apr-util 1.5.2
serf 1.3.2
OpenSSL 1.0.1e 11 Feb 2013
zlib 1.2.8

Does anyone have any idea how to narrow that problem down ?
