TortoiseMerge GUI Issue with External Monitor

I am using a Dell laptop and Samsung external monitor (my laptop as the primary display and LCD as the secondary). When I do Diff analysis on any file, it opens up TortoiseMerge and I move the window to my external, secondary monitor. When I click the Maximize button on the TortoiseMerge window, it gets bigger and fills up the secondary monitor, but about a quarter of the GUI also spills over into the screen of my primary monitor.
