Thank you Stefen

Disabling the lag cache has resolved this issue for us. When we encountered this problem it was when we were editing logs that were not for the most recent revision of the files we were working with. I'm not sure if that's what you meant by HEAD but maybe that's why Ctrl-F5 wasn't working. Thanks again, we appreciate your help very much.
