Edited Log Messages Not Showing For Other Users

Hello

My team and I have encountered a problem while using TortoiseSVN. The problem is outlined at both the above listed URLs. When one person uses the "Edit log message" option and changes a log message, nobody else can see the changed message from the "Show log" window. However, if someone else chooses the "Edit log message" from the "Show log" window, the changed message appears. But, that changed message only shows up in the new "Edit log message" window. Pressing F5 and Ctrl-F5 in the "Repo Browser", "Show log", and "Edit log message" windows does not resolve the issue. Rebooting the computer doesn't solve the problem either. Does anyone know how to fix this or anything about this issue?
