"Can't find temporary directory: Internal error" on project commits

Hi,

When I go to commit the latest changes of my project to my CVS I get a
"Can't find temporary directory: Internal error" at then end of the commit
after all of the "Sending content" messages are posted to the screen. I
found another user had this error when I ran a Google search but I couldn't
find the fix. I did try to run clean-up on my project directory but that
didn't change anything.
