I'm sorry you're offended. Here's a link where you can configure your
systems cleartype settings. If you configure it correctly, fonts will
show as if cleartype isn't even active (even though it is):

Sorry, but I definitely won't apply such a patch. Ever.

ClearType is working very well, and you can even configure it the way
you like.
