subwcrev crash after replacing $WCREV$ in UTF-16 encoded file

Hi,

when trying to replace the text $WCREV$ in my attached file with
subwcrev <mydir> Test_version.rc Test_new.rc -f

subwcrev replaces the text properly, but exits with an access violation
(which stops my build process :-(

The file is encoded with UTF-16LE, when changing it to UTF-8 everything is
ok.

When creating a new UTF-16LE file with content $WCREV$ (and nothing else),
it also works fine.

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.8.3 (64bit).
