Ah, that explains why I never found it. I was expecting it to be an
option in the Explorer window. And in commit/CFM dialogs my unversioned
files are not even remotely close to the versioned files in most cases
(there's typically 50-200 files in the "changes made" lists) so
selecting them both at once isn't something I would think of trying.

(And this is something else that doesn't seem to be in the local TSVN
help at all, so I'm not sure where you found that link.)
