bug: Restore after commit file attribute

When I use the restore after commit function to commit only parts of a file it works as expected. The problem is that after the commit the restored file has the 'T' attribute set. As I understand it this attribute means temporary which makes sense during the commit, but not afterward.

The attribute interferes with my IDE (PhpEd) when I'm trying to search in files. It refuses to search within temporary files. I'm reporting this to them as well particularly since I can't think of a reason to not search temporary files.

Still it seems to me that this file attribute should be removed after the commit is completed.
