MKACTIVITY of '/svn.. authorization failed: Could not authenticate to server: rejected Basic

I'm getting the below authentication error, when I check in or add new file from windows 7 machine (64 bit), TortoiseSVN version 1.7.1.22161 and subversion is 1.6.17

MKACTIVITY of '/svn/IMSC.. authorization failed: Could not authenticate to server: rejected Basic challenge (http:...)

I'm able to connect with same user id and password from different computer windows xp (32 bit), TortoiseSVN 1.7.10.23359 (32 bit)

Please let me know, what should I do to fix this issue.
