I have not run SVN Cleanup but I'll do that now. I uninstalled the old version of TortoiseSVN and reinstalled the newest version.

Also, I don't have a folder on my laptop for CompanyB and in the Repository Browser, there is no folder called CompanyA within the CompanyB folder.

So, I'm not sure why it's showing up. And when I reinstalled TortoiseSVN, why didn't that folder go away? Is it being stored somewhere?
