I see that you have no icons at all in your context menu. Normally there's
at least one application besides TortoiseSVN that has an icon in the
context menu.

What are the other two "SVN" context menu entries? Is it possible that you
have different SVN clients installed that get in the way of each other?

What happens if you set the TortoiseSVN language to English? is the context
menu still blank?

Did you install the correct 32 bit language pack for TortoiseSVN 1.8.1?
