Thank you for the explanation.
It seems to work almost perfectly.
Though, as you said, the ISSUE_NO: does not appear in the dialog box.
This seems to solve all my issues, sine the dialog box for ISSUE ID is not marked as mandatory.
But as you noticed, once it gets mandatory, the issue will arise once more.
