Show Changes from Blame dialog incorrect in some cases

1. Branch some file, modify it in branch (revision 4), reintegrate back to
trunk (revision 5)
2. Open blame dialog for this file from trunk. 'Include merge info' should
be checked

-> See annotated text. One line marked as * and show revision 4. OK.

3. Right click on this line and select Show Changes
