TortoiseSVN and Single Sign On

We have been asked by one of your departments on how to remove the automatic sign on when accessing the system as currently there is a group login to gain access, but once in, the system continues to authenticate with the group login, rather than requesting the user to enter their own Username/Password.

TortoiseSVN ver= 1.6.1
Also using VisualSVN.

Any ideas on how to amend this would be greatly appreciated.
