Update pegged revision upon commit to external (Feature Request?)

From: Ben Johnson <ben_at_indietorrent.org>

Would it be possible (and useful) to display a dialog, optionally, that
asks, "Update parent directory's pegged revision to head revision after
commit?"

I often find myself committing an update to an external and then
immediately needing to update the pegged revision number so that others
working on the same project receive the change as soon as possible.

I don't know if something like this is even possible, with a single file
being committed to a single external, never mind multiple files being
committed to several different externals. I'm sure I have overlooked
several degrees of complexity.

Just a thought. :)
