TortoiseSVN update slow with external link in windows 8

I have a directory containing more than 10 external linked files.

The log looks like:
Command Update
External xxx
Completed xxx - at revision: xxx
External xxx
Completed xxx - at revision: xxx
Completed - at revision: xxx

In win7, it costs about 15 seconds to update the directory when local working copy is newest already.
It pause a while in the log "Command Update", than complete all files in a instant (less than 3 seconds, I guess).

Meanwhile, in win8, it costs more than 2 minutes since the log pause in every single line.
Each "External xxx" lasts a few seconds, which drives me crazy after knowing that the performance is comparably great in win7.

I've tested two win7 machines and two win8 machines.
I've also tried to uninstall antivirus app from win8.
Any suggestion is welcome.
