http://tortoisesvn.net/ssh_howto_logemann which gives a 404 error.

On the same page, in the section "Setting Up a Windows Server", first
sentence:

The hyperlink for "this article" points to
http://pigtail.net/LRP/printsrv/cygwin-sshd.html which displays the text
"Therefore this page is permanently closed."
