Bug report 1.8.1 - Show log goes offline

I can confirm 1.8.1 behaves differently from 1.8.0

Window7 64bit. Latest Java.

In 1.8.1
Right click on any folder or file, choose "Show Log"
A window appears with:
"
Want to go offline?
There has been a problem contacting the server.
"

Other functions work.
Rolling back to 1.8.0 the problem is NOT there.
