RE: Re: [TSVN 1.8] - Crash upon "Show log" on Win7 x64

Hello,

although the crash does not happen anymore in version 1.8.1, the log window is still not shown but instead another one appears:

Want to go offline?

There has been a problem contacting the server.

Other functions (repo browser, update) correctly work so I suspect this must be related to the operations performed when requesting the log.

I tried to do a network capture and I see many HTTP requests (the SVN repo is accessed via an HTTP URL) but I am not able to understand what exactly is wrong, I don't know what the protocol between client and server is supposed to work.

My first question is: since this seems to be a problem related to the underlying Subversion library, should I report the problem to them?

My second question is: The HTTP credentials in the capture are in clear text, how may I hide them in order to submit the capture to this list and/or Subversion's one? Am I forced to do it by exporting it to a text file?

Thank you and best regards
Fabrizio
