Hello,
I can reproduce the blank folder / file name when attempting to rename
it in repo-browser. If I move mouse pointer at the item I want to
rename, then it's name is displayed.
The bug does not occur with TortoiseSVN 1.7.11, but is reproducible
with TortoiseSVN 1.7.12, 1.7.13, 1.8.0 and the latest nightly 1.8.99
