TortoirseMerge 1.8 bug : system menu has no effect

Hi,

In a TortoiseMerge 1.8 window (it doesn't matter how it was launched or what its contents are), the system menu doesn't work:
- right-click the window's title bar,
- the system menu appears as expected (containing Restore, Move, Size, Minimize, Maximize, Close -- some of them are appropriately greyed out),
- but a click on any of those items has no effect (for example, clicking on Close should close that TortoiseMerge window, but it doesn't do anything).

This is with TortoiseMerge 1.8.0, Build 24401 (64-bit), on Windows 2008 R2 (a colleague has the same issue on Windows 7 x64).
