I am going to contact Subversion Users Forum.

I was investigating in the meantime and
I think it is related to the Digest Authentication.

I realize that it is not a 1.8.0 SVN Server problem,
because I just now tested with 1.7.13 client and it
worked.

And also, 1.8.0 SVN Server is authenticating clients
like Firefox, IE and Chrome with Digest Authentication.

Basic Authentication is working both in 1.7.13 and 1.8.0 clients.

I think it is library serf issue in the client side with Digest Authentication and may be HTTPS simultaneously.
