Turtoise can't commit any more (Win7_64, 1.7.13)

Although everything worked fine until then, since late April or early May, I can't succeed any more in committing any changes from my laptop, where my tower PC is still OK in committing...
Laptop is a Dell Lattitude with i7 processor and runs under Win7 (64bits). Win7 updates up-to-date.
Turtoise SVN (64bits) in version 1.7.13.
The Repository resides on a network storage (SAN).
All the Security settings are OK (I'm owner of the Repository structure).
Tried to deinstall Turtoise, repair, tried older versions... no change.
The antivirus (Kaspersky) isn't responsible, neither.
Our IT hasn't found any error in the log files.

Until last week, I was the only one in the company to experience that issue, but now we have at least three PCs experiencing suddenly the same problem... Scary.
And we all have the same "Can't close file" / "Access denied" error message (see attached image).

Does anyone have experienced somthing similar or have an idea on how to address this issue ?
Thanks, BR
