diff-doc.js does not work on Word 2013 in Windows 8

Hello

Getting the error in TortoiseSVN 1.7.10

you must have microsoft office or openoffice installed

Tried updated the diff-doc.js to the latest version from the trunk. That did
not work.

Tried with nightly build of tortoiseSVN 1.7.99. Did not work but this time
no error was shown. After clicking "SVN Diff", nothing happens.
