Problem accessing server using TLS1.2

Hi,

I encountered the same bug when we upgraded to Debian 7, which ships with a version of openssl supporting TLSv1.2 (OpenSSL 1.0.1e 11 Feb 2013). Our workaround was to disable TLSv1.2 in the Apache Config, which is obviously not a really good solution.

In my opinion this is a bug in TortoiseSVN and should be fixed as other clients such as browsers happily communicate with TLSv1.2.
As a remark: We also use client certificates available via the Windows Crypto API (cert is stored on a smartcard).

Cheers,

Tino
