Installing 64 bit version after unistalling 32 bit version

I am attempting to install the 64 bit version of Tortoise on a work machine that unfortunately had the 32 bit version on it due to an old image.

I uninstalled the 32 bit version, I get the error when installing "Please uninstall all 32-bit versions of TortoiseSVN before installing".

Ok, I go searching, and have deleted ALL registry keys and ALL files pertaining to Tortoise mentioned and I am STILL getting this damn error, WTF!!!!!

Is there ANY way to get rid of the damn 32 bit version? seriously, this is a joke.
