Drag and drop causes incorrect timestamp

I found some weird behaviour by TortoiseSVN. If I export a folder by right-clicking / Export in the RepoBrowser the exported files have the same timestamp as in RepoBrowser - this is expected. If I however drag the files from RepoBrowser to a destination folder it adjusts the timestamps by the GTM offset. I'm on GTM+2 so the exported files have a timestamp 2 hours later than what is displayed in RepoBrowser.

I searched the Issue Tracker and could not find a bug related to this, did I perhaps miss it?

Tortoise versions:
TortoiseSVN 1.7.6, Build 22632 - 32 Bit , 2012/03/08 18:29:39
Subversion 1.7.4,
apr 1.4.5
apr-utils 1.3.12
neon 0.29.6
OpenSSL 1.0.0g 18 Jan 2012
zlib 1.2.5

Thanks,
Nicki
