Line diff bar displays only 2 lines and can not be resized

Hello.
I have problem with diff function.
The Tortoise Merge program displays only 2 lines of code in the "line
diff bar" and it is not possible to resize it.
I think, it was possible in older versions to resize it, but now it has
fixed height.
This problem is in versions 1.7.11 and 1.7.12 and may be some older
versions too.

Could it be resizable?
