HELP!!!

Whenever i try to install tortoise it comes up with this error i have attached a screenshot. "TortioiseSVN 1.7.12.24070 (64 bit) setup ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install the program at a later time, please run the installation again." I have ran the instillation many times over, and the same error continues to occur, please help.
