Authentification fails when password contains umlauts (äöü)

Hello,

We have an authentication issue:

When a user's password contains umlauts like ä, ö, ü, the authentification
fails using TortoiseSVN, Repository Browser or the Tortoise Command-Line
Client. However, when using MSIE 8, the users can connect to their
projects.

Authentification is done against Active Directory.

Is this behaviour considered a bug and will be fixed?

Our system:
VisualSVN Server 2.5.7
- Apache Subversion 1.7.7
- Apache HTTP Server 2.2.22
- OpenSSL 0.9.8x
- Neon 0.29.6
- Serf 1.1.1
- SQLite 3070603
- ZLib 1.2.3

TortoiseSVN 1.7.10, Build 23359 - 64 Bit
Tests where repeated with TortoiseSVN 1.7.11, Build 23600 - 64 Bit ->
authentification fails too

Kind regards,
Markus
