REQ: Feature request for "recent messages"

Hello everybody,

one of our users had a nice idea how to expand TortoiseSVN. Here is the scenario he wants to have:

1. There is a setting that allows to prepopulate the "Recent messages" drop down list.
2. When committing then changes, he may use one of the pre-entered entries of the drop down list.

When you work most of the times in your project, it would be nice to use the same pattern for log messages again and again. Or is there something I am missing, is something like that available in TortoiseSVN?
