Right click, Menu, Open with ... in Switch finished dialog doesn't work

Hello All,

One branch was renamed on server.
I had to switch my local sandbox.
After switching sandbox, I had list box with the title "Switch finished".
In this list I see new changes in the sandbox.

...
Updated D:\svn\2013_V7COM\target_version.h
...

I want to open file to see changes.
In case I try to open this file with alternative editor:
Right click, Menu, Open with ... - no action !!!
Right click, Menu, Open - OK, will be started default editor
With double click will be started default editor too.

I am using "TortoiseSVN 1.7.11, Build 23600 - 64 Bit".
