thanks for your support. The command line client doesn't work neither. I've reported the error to the svn mailing list.

Try the command line client:
svn rm https://svn.mymhp.dd/svn/PFS/nsp-pfc/test7 -m""

if that returns an error as well, you have to report this on the svn mailing list.
